The service

Ad Studio ("we", "us") writes advertising copy and renders advertising images from the content of your own Ounie brains, or from material you supply directly, at your direction. You ("you", "the customer") pay per pack and per image at the rates published on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You may only write packs from brains your Ounie account can access. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we haven't documented or bypass rate limits. Generated copy and images inherit whatever rights you hold in the underlying material; what you run as an advertisement, and every claim in it, is your responsibility.

Advertising claims are yours

This is the important one. Ad Studio writes drafts from your own material and cites the page each angle came from — it does not verify that those claims are true, current, legal in your jurisdiction, or compliant with any platform's advertising policy. Regulated categories (health, finance, employment, housing, credit, alcohol, political) carry substantive rules that no generator can apply for you. Review every unit before you spend money behind it. If a claim is wrong, it is wrong under your account, on your ad platform, with your name on it.

Platform limits

We validate generated components against the character limits the ad platforms publish, and we drop anything over a limit the platform enforces rather than truncating it. Platforms change their specifications without notice and we do not warrant that any generated unit will be accepted, approved, or delivered by Meta, LinkedIn, Google or anyone else.

Generated images

Images are produced by a generative model from a scene brief. They are not photographs of your product, your premises, your staff or your customers, and must not be presented as if they were. Do not use them in any context where a viewer would reasonably read them as documentary evidence.

Account & billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — a flat rate per copy pack plus a per-image rate, reserved when the work starts and settled on what actually came back. An image that fails to render is not billed. If your selected brains don't hold enough about the product, the reservation is refunded in full. Reading a pack, re-signing an image link, and CSV export are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your prior packs remain accessible regardless of your balance.

Keyless (x402) calls

Calls paid in USDC on Base are settled on chain and are final — there is no refund mechanism. We therefore verify payment, do the work, and settle only once there is real output; if we cannot deliver what was quoted, we do not settle and you are not charged.

Refunds

Failed generations are refunded automatically. You are never charged for a run that returned nothing usable. For anything else, open a support ticket.

Meta, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google are trademarks of their respective owners. Ad Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any of them; their names appear here only to describe the placements this product writes for.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the credits you spent on the run in question. We are not liable for ad spend, rejected campaigns, account suspensions, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
