What we collect
When you sign in we receive your email address and display name from our identity provider (signin.ounie.com). When you write a pack we record which of your brains you selected, the product description, audience, tone, objective and placements you entered, and the pack produced — its angles, per-placement copy, the Google RSA components, and a citation pointer to the brain page each angle came from. Generated images are stored as private S3 objects handed out as short-lived signed links.
What we don't collect
We don't track you across the web. There are no third-party analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no session replay. We don't sell, share or resell anything you generate. Every pack and every image belongs to the account that made it.
Where data lives
Application data (packs, copy, image metadata, credit ledger entries) is stored in a single Neon Postgres database hosted in the US. Generated images live in a private S3 bucket in us-east-1 and are never made public — a link is signed on demand and expires in 24 hours. Your brain content itself stays on ounie.com: Ad Studio reads it at generation time through Ounie's API as you, and never keeps a copy of your sources.
Third parties in the generation path
Copy is written by a language model reached through OpenRouter, and images are rendered by Google's Gemini image model. The retrieved brain excerpts and the product description you entered are sent to those providers to produce the output; nothing else about your account is. Neither provider receives your email, your key, or your other packs.
Keyless (x402) calls
A pack paid for in USDC has no Ounie account behind it and no owner. We store the pack and its images so the response can reference them, associated with no user. We do not receive or retain any identity from the payment beyond what is public on the blockchain.
Payments
Credit purchases happen on ounie.com, where Stripe processes payment. This product never sees your card number; it only reads and debits your Ounie credit wallet. Stripe's privacy policy lives at stripe.com/privacy.
Your brain content
Packs are written only from the brains you own and select, fetched through Ounie's API with your own session or your own key. Ad Studio can never see anyone else's brain, and never stores your sources. Deleting a pack deletes its copy and its stored images; your brain on ounie.com is untouched.
Deletion
Delete any pack from the dashboard or over the API and it is removed, along with its images. To close your account entirely, do it on ounie.com or open a ticket.
